It is so completely silent that I often question if it’s on or not. The black stainless is the best, and it matches my Bosch refrigerator flawlessly

I Finally Feel Like an Adult

My whole life I have only ever had dishwashers that are broken or too old to wash anything without scrubbing first (which basically defeats the purpose of having a dishwasher.) I decided to test this one after we installed it by shoving a ton of dishes inside that had been sitting out longer than I will admit to in public, without rinsing or scrubbing them... and they came out SPOTLESS. My life has been revolutionized by a dishwasher and that is a clear indicator that I peaked in life a long time ago. Worth it.

DO NOT BUY!!! 1 week old and broke down!

I had my eyes on this for months as it was always sold out. 2. Upon getting the product and using it a total of 3 times, I have found myself used it an incredibly foul smell. Like vomit. No amount of cleaning / cleaning can rid of it once you use it. Even if you clean the drain pipe. 3. 4th time usage it won’t drain and now causes all the water to come back up. Imagine mixed food with water and detergent all combined.. 4. This is causing the crystal dry to not run and the water always sits in the pipe with partial drain. Pipe is not clogged on either end. The mechanism is just bad and it stinks horribly! 5. Get A Kitchen Aid 604 series or higher!! Better water filtration system!!!

Easy to install! I have to say that this is the quietest dishwasher I have ever seen or not heard. I am very pleased with the results of each load so far. I will try to come back when more time has pasted to give a real review.

All the interior baskets/rollouts are very handy. We love the 3rd rack at the top for utensils, knives, measuring cups, etc. This dishwasher is very quiet and does an excellent job of cleaning and drying the dishes

But the dishwasher has 3 obvious dents as I unboxed it. I spent around 3000 dollars and bought this dishwasher and a washtower, which has a non-draining washer. Super disappointing.

- A:Answer PRO: They are hidden from kids who want to push the buttons. Also it has a better look. CON: there is a led that shines on the floor to let you know it’s running and the Door beeps when it closes. Your just not sure how far along you are at a glance. It’s easy to restart but you need to interrupt the cycle.

Bosch dishwashers' flow-through water heaters increase water temperature inside the appliances, eliminating the need to pump hot water into them. The heaters can raise water temperature as high as 162 degrees Fahrenheit.

Q: QuestionIs this machine have knives for food disposal?

- A:Answer Hi marie. Thank you for your question. Model:SHPM78Z54N does not have a hard food disposer. Bosch dishwashers do not have or need a "garbage disposal" since Bosch dishwashers have a three stage filtration process which removes 100% of food particles from the wash water. Plus, the up to 162 degree wash and rinse water softens and breaks down foods. In fact, Bosch recommends users DO NOT PRE-RINSE your dishes prior to placing into dishwasher, simply scrap off the larger food debris and place "dirty" dishes into the dishwasher. The remaining food activates the enzymes in today's detergents for maximum cleaning results.
