Casio - BK 88 Key Touch Sensitive Privia Digital Piano with USB Connectivity - Black

Very good piano. Has nice speakers for great sound and very sturdy. Needs to be assembled, they don't provide tools(phillips head screwdriver). Lots of tones to choose from and nice cover for the keys.

Easy to assemble, nice sound. I got the black one and it looks classy.

Wonderful piano. The weighted keys feel just like on a real thing. Received it damaged by the UPS. BestBuy doesn't replace individual parts, unfortunately, but I got in touch with Casio and they sent me a replacement part within 5 days. Keep in mind that this item is sold through vendors, so you won't be able to return it to a store, only schedule a pick up. Otherwise, no complaints.

The Digital Piano was delivered a week after we ordered. But when we opened, one of the part (support bar for the stand) is broken. Called Best Buy, the Rep said that she ordered the manufacturer to send the missing part. A week later, I called Best Buy again to check the status. Now the new Rep said that I need to return the broken part before they can send the replacement. So I decided to return the Digital Piano. I told Best Buy to have the UPS call me before picking up, so somebody can be home. But UPS came the next day without calling first. So I am not sure if this return process will run smoothly.
