Best (prebuilt) keyboard to touch your fingertips
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This keyboard is one of the best things to touch you’re fingertips. The key caps are a bit smaller than my old Corsair k60 but I got used to them very quickly and the linear switches (which are lubed by the way) feel fantastic to click. They’re responsive, are textured beautifully, and have a very sleek bold style font. The build quality is solid and the memory foam wrist pad feels wonderful; a Tempur-pedic for your hands. Overall, if you’re willing to fork over the cash, it is an amazing buy.

8/10 would reccomend
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Awesome keyboard. Keys have a stupidly high actuation threshold and stupidly low actuation force which makes it good for competitive games and not so good for typing if you arent the best typist like me.

Simply an Amazing Board in Every Way
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A few months after milk was spilled on my old keyboard from 2014, I decided to pull the trigger and get a new one. At first, I was not planning on buying a very expensive keyboard, but I did have a bunch of spare money. When I looked further and saw the more expensive keyboards, I decided it was worth spending a little more for a good keyboard. After looking through a ton of boards and companies, this one impressed me the most. Before this, I didn’t even know optical keyboards existed. It was on a $50 discount, so I looked up the reviews and they were good, so I got this keyboard. Linear compared to tactile feels soooo much more smooth, and I love that. I tried to find anything I didn’t like about the keyboard to see if it was worth keeping and not returning for a different one, but I literally could not find a single negative thing against this board. The gaming experience is superb on it. It was worth every penny.

Faulty buggy firmware.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tried two of these before giving up. The firmware on the keyboard is faulty and it will randomly disconnect during use and reset. (verified in windows logs) Obviously this is a big issue when gaming. Before it's suggested it was running on the latest firmware using a powered USB hub. Pretty disappointed don't think I'll be buying Corsair in the future.
No, I would not recommend this to a friendBrand response from Corsair

The Best Keyboard
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is definetly the best keyboard I have ever had. I had Logitech g613 for 2 years and started double clicking. I did everything to fix but didnt work. It is not wireless but I am ok with that.

Nice Keyboard
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A little expensive but worth every penny. Most responsive keyboard I've ever used. A little quieter than by cherry mx one it replaced and really sensative mistyping. Took some getting used to at first but all good now.

The best out there
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the best gaming keyboard i bought to date. I already own corsairs k70 and k95 but this keyboard here is more better and is very comfortable for resting your wrist or palms when you been gaming for hours.

Corsair's new K100 gaming keyboard has a fantastic, multi-purpose dialCorsair's new $229.99 K100 is currently the company's most expensive mechanical gaming keyboard. What lends to the high cost, in part, is the handy iCue control dial at its top left, which is so fun to use. You might not notice the dial at first,

Q: QuestionI cant change the lighting effect on my new keyboard k100 corsair, The only color is red and I can't change to a different color. Do you know what's wrong with it?

Q: QuestionCan I connect the k100 to my ps4? If so what buttons do I press to connect?
Asked by Jeremy.
- A:Answer We sincerely apologize, but the K100 is not rated as compatible with any Playstation platform currently. You could try to switch the keyboard to BIOS mode and use it with limited functionality, to do so: 1. Unplug keyboard from USB 2. Hold B + S keys 3. Plug-in USB power 4. Release keys but we do not guarantee this will work. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience. Updating this thread because I wanted to help those that are using Corsair keyboards on console. Just bought the K100 RGB Wired Gaming Optical-Mechanical CORSAIR OPX Switch. Yes, this works on my 1st gen PS4 so im pretty sure it will work on the PS4 Slim and PRO. I did followed Elitepro steps hold B+S then connect the keyboard. PS4 detects and I'm playing COD Warzone just fine. I can't tell if the keyboard is in BIOS or not because there's no white icon indicator in the LCD panel. I even think it works without BIOS mode because I disconnect/reconnect many times and my PS4 still detects and playing COD just fine. I can even switch to different saved onboard colors, with K70 when in BIOS I couldn't switch colors so I'm 99% sure my K100 is working on my PS4 without BIOS mode. Unless this has changed with K100. I also have XBOX 1 if anyone would like me to test. Hope this helps those that are searching if Corsair K100 is compatible with PS4

Q: QuestionIs it possible to swap out the keycaps in the OPX version of this keyboard with custom keycaps for Cherry MX switches? Or do I need the Cherry MX version to fit Cherry MX keycaps?
Asked by ruru.
- A:Answer Hi ruru, You would want the Cherry MX version as they would have the correct stem design for the keycaps. OPX has a different switch and keycap design from MX. -Brian
