This RAM works great on the Apple MacBook line but please remember you can't upgrade a Mac Air since they don't have upgradeable RAM (RAM is welded into place on the motherboard). My general rule of thumb is to always max out any new machine I get once I take delivery. You'll be glad you did. RAM simply makes our notebook run faster. This RAM does exactly that - and yes I did notice the difference right away. Super easy to install thanks to Apple, this is a must do upgrade for any Apple MacBook, Mac Mini, or Mac desktop you've got in your stable.
