Wham Bam, thank you Bestbuy!
Being a noob to FPV drones, I was too excited to wait for any piece of equipment that came in the “like-new” Avata Pro-view combo box to be fully charged before getting everything setup for my maiden flight. Half cocked but once in the air, I was comfortably immersed in a 1080P resolution, bursting with rich colors as the head tracking feature overwhelmed my senses with an astonishingly ample and crisp field of view. Less than a minute into my dreamy aerial serenade, the time had come and like Cinderella before midnight, the drone had to RTH. Notwithstanding, I was completely satisfied and quite exhausted after experiencing a spine tingling dose of oxytocin. I can hardly wait to recharge for round 2.

Fly Like a Super Person
Love this drone. Saved me $400 on a new one by buying this. Crashed it twice already, and it still flies great. Only a couple of scuff marks. In terms of being easy to fly, this thing is the iPhone of drones. It's that simple. The picture with this review was taken with the drone. I've been trying to fly it every day since I got. Want to fly like Super man/woman? This is what you need to get that feeling. New super power unlocked!

Got all items for less $$$. Good deal for me
Came with all items. The Avata works great. Drone looked brand new. Cheaper than anywhere else I could find and I got all items. The only thing that could’ve been better is if the Fly Away coverage was still buyable but it’s only available to buy from DJI within 48 hours of activating the drone the first time. Overall happy with the purchase. I do recommend buying a DJI FPV controller and getting a few hours in on a simulator and then buying the drone bundle so you can know what to expect if planning to fly in manual mode. That way you can sort of split up the cost of the purchase as well if needed since the FPV controller will also be another ~$200. Only thing that was “missing” was the box for the goggles. I got the box for the drone, and all accessories. Good deal. The avata itself handles well. I’m not that good at manual mode as I just started flying manual on this drone. It does seem to have a lot of propwash which I was unfamiliar with coming from a GPS drone background. Or possibly I’m just not good at flying manual lol. Video quality it great but I feel as though the GoPro quality is just a tad better in colors. Side by side footage on YouTube you can hardly tell the difference. Prop guard is great. I think this is a great entry drone for people that want to fly manual mode and do those dives and flips but don’t want to build a full FPV rig. Great overall experience.
