Badly Overstated
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I thought this would solve my anticipated challenge with finally converting to high def TV and network-enabled BlueRay. Instead, the team carried the equipment in, set the TV on the base, turned it on and handed me the remote. There was no attempt to identify the network source for the DVD player or hook up the TV to my receiver and no orientation to the equipment. Since no one had informed us of the necessity of supplying our own HDMI cables, we couldn't even experience the HD until we went out and bought them. They even left all the packing materials on the chance we'd return the set. Maybe my expectations of the service were excessive, but for the price, this was just a way too expensive delivery charge.

We gave up and did it ourselves
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We couldn't get any good detail in the store about our project, so when the rep called to confirm the job, I started asking questions and gave up in frustration when every little thing added to the cost which I had to insist be spelled out. Cancelled them, took a deep breath and we assembled the stand and hung our new LED TV ourselves. Took time, but saved about $300. Would not call them again.

Very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was cleaned up and operated perfectly. He did not leave until I was comfortable knowing the complete operation of the setup.
