₅For “over 24 hours”: Estimated battery life based on testing using a median Pixel user battery usage profile across a mix of talk, data, standby, and use of other features. Average battery life during testing was approximately 31 hours. Battery testing conducted on a major carrier network.
For “Up to 72 hours”: Estimated battery life based on testing using a median Pixel user battery usage profile across a mix of talk, data, standby, and use of limited other features that are default in Extreme Battery Saver mode (which disables various features including 5G connectivity).
Battery testing conducted on a major carrier network. For both claims: Battery testing conducted in California in mid 2022 on pre-production hardware and software using default settings, except that, for the “up to 72 hours” claim only, Extreme Battery Saver mode was enabled.
Battery life depends upon many factors and usage of certain features will decrease battery life. Actual battery life may be lower.
₆Fast wired charging rates (up to 20 watts on Pixel 7 and up to 23 W on Pixel 7 Pro) are based upon use of the Google 30W USB-C® Charger plugged into a wall outlet. Actual results may be slower. Adapters sold separately.

Amazing Phone - no going back for me!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Switched from Samsung and I love this phone. I am still learning it but there are a few things right off that stand out for me. The camera is excellent, even in low light and motion - I took pictures flying in to Miami and where they would have been blurry on my Samsung, they were sharp here. The active pictures are nice too! Another huge thing is no bloatware - all those apps other companies force on you/your phone that you can not uninstall - gone! Battery - my brother told me about this before buying the phone but to see it happen was pretty cool. Day 1, it wore down a bit fast...but over the last few weeks it has adapted and now I often have half left at the end of the day or more. I was not happy about the inability to remove/change the memory/SD cards like on the old phone, but 512Gb has me well covered, so not a showstopper at all. There are so many things, the live transcription when I'm on a call, the google integration, pure android, etc etc, I think there's no turning back to some other flagship phone any time soon. Oh, the fingerprint thing - I was worried because so many folks complained about it - not an issue. Yes, sometimes you have to try 2 or 3 times if you have a screen protector but even with mine, it's good on the 1st try probably 98% of the time - similar to my old Samsung if you ask me. Great phone!

So far, so good! (Sorry, Galaxy)
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While I haven't had the phone for very long (roughly 2 weeks now), it has been working well and I've been pretty pleased with it. I've used nothing but Samsung Galaxies for the last 10 years now, and the jump was done so quite anxious, if I'm being honest. But after so many terrible review on the battery life, storage, etc, I decided to research alternatives that felt more compatible for my personal needs. The storage on this thing is incredible, and it works like your average Android, so while you may miss the heavy customization of something like a Samsung phone, I'd say it's the closest thing to it. The screen resolution is phenomenal, and the camera is wonderful! Personal biggest gripe is that it doesn't have its own Gallery app, but instead uses Google Photos as both gallery and GF. Also, the notes app feels pretty bare bones, could definitely use some improvement. Overall, it runs pretty well, and it runs quickly, and I've been quite satisfied with it. Battery life depends on your usage, I would say, as sometimes it feels like it'll last a long time, and at other times it feels like I have to charge it maybe up to 2-3x per day. I do use my phone a lot, and even have games on it, so do take that with a grain of salt (also, Chrome typically uses up more battery/memory in my experience). Would most certainly recommend this bad boy, but as always, do your research first and make sure it fits your needs and budget accordingly. There is no SD card, but I believe it has the option for 2 SIM cards instead. Cases and protectors are a bit limited for the PP7, so do keep that in mind going forward as well. Biometrics work well most of the time, and facial recognition is okay at best in my experience. Overall, while I do miss my Galaxies, I've been more than happy with my Pixel Pro 7, enough to not feel too jarred even after having to adapt after so many years now. *Images include: comparison to Apple iPhone 11, comparison with Samsung Galaxy S10 (and S7), screen protector and case not wanting to get along, and an image of the back side (with Otterbox case).

King has arrived... Meet the Pixel 7 pro.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got pixel 7 pro 512gb and I can tell you that I love it. And definitely it is a big improvement for Google this year around so it was an easy switch for me from Apple to Android. I definitely love camera systems. It makes gorgeous pictures and I love design and screen quality battery life and overall feel of the system is very smooth and reliable. So it should be an easy choice for anyone looking for a flagship performance level smartphone that easily competes with iPhone 14 pro series.

Bye-bye Samsung !!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Google Pixel 7 pro has been a great change for me. I'm coming from a Samsung Note Family. I do miss the stylus ! I hope Google will improve with the next phone and actually add a stylus that you can use & that you can store in a case or something like that to make it easier. If you're looking for a phone that takes great pictures and you want to be able to edit them on your phone and get them sent off right away or videos or whatever. This is the phone for you. That is the main reason I switched besides being treated poorly by Samsung. I was amazed at the low light pictures even if it's like dead dark in the room. You actually get a picture. It may be grainy but Samsung phones did not even do that so I'm very impressed with this phone as far as pictures go. I have a pixel watch and the phone works great with it. They talk to each other well. Before buying a case, make sure that the case has a raised area on the back of the phone so that you don't scratch the little bar that goes across and the lens covers the lenses. It'd be good if you got a lens cover. That's a glass. That's what I ended up doing and I made sure that my case whether it's off brand or whether it's an actual brand that it has that raised area in the back. So when you set your phone down on its back, it's not touching those areas because that bar will get scratched very easily. Invest in a case that helps that and invest in the glass to go over your lenses so that those don't get scratched up cuz you're going to drop it. Something's going to happen and you need to protect that phone. You paid a lot of money for that phone. Protect it. I do feel like the volume of calls and music and whatever could be better but in general all the calls are clear but I have had some calls drop off now that could be Verizon. It could be because it's the holidays and everybody's overloading circuits but it hasn't been a problem. It's just been something I have noticed that I didn't have too often with the Samsung. Spend the time and go look at tips and tricks and actually use the features that you have on this phone because this phone has a ton of them and you have to learn it. Yes, but it's worth it. It will save you so much time. It's unbelievable. Sea pics below for an example of where you need to have that race area in the back of your phone and also on the kitty picture you can see where there was stuff on the picture initially and then it was erased. I think I have them on there backwards. I think it's after and then before. It literally took 2 minutes maybe.

Q: Questionthe google pixel works in Mexico?
Asked by Al.
- A:Answer No! I'm in Mexico writing this review on my backup phone because my twice-as-expensive Pixel 7 does not work. Don't get me wrong, I really like the Pixel 7 but if you travel internationally, it can't be your only phone.

Q: QuestionIs this phone can work in egypt ?
Asked by Islamkamal.
- A:Answer Just buy a sim card when you get there. There are little places near the exits of the airport that will sell you a sim card and even swap it out for you to activate the new sim card. Then, when you're ready to leave, just pop your original sim card back in.
