A: I want to say yes! I bought this phone for my brother in Mexico, we just unlocked the phone and no problem what so ever.

Q: Is this new or a refurb?

A: Brand new, I have never seen bestbuy sells refurbished devices before listing.

Q: The camera specs are wrong.

A: They're indeed 13 MP, I bought it for my brother, and tested before gifted.
