I'm writing to enthusiastically share my incredible experience upgrading to the Samsung 85” Q60D Series QLED smart TV. It's more than just an upgrade; it's a complete transformation of my home entertainment. From the moment I powered it on, I was blown away by the sheer scale and breathtaking quality of the 4K picture. The detail is astonishing – I can practically reach out and touch the textures and colors on screen. The vibrancy is unmatched by anything I've previously experienced, making even familiar movies feel fresh and captivating. The sound quality is equally impressive. Gone are the days of tinny audio; the Q60D delivers a rich, immersive soundscape that perfectly complements the stunning visuals. Big size tv with excellent picture quality, and easy installation

We have purchased several Samsung televisions. This 85” television replaced a 65” television. It made a big difference in the viewing experience in our hearth room. Though it is a 2024 model, QLED Q60D, the quality of the picture is very nice and it is easy to use with our other products (soundbar, Fire Cube, etc). The set up and use are relatively simple. Each owner has to decide how much they want to be integrated in the Samsung ecosystem if they choose to have a Samsung account. I also like the fact that there were at least 3 HDMI inputs.

Great TV with crisp colors and dark black background. It is very thin although a heavy set, understandable being an 85". Love how quickly starts up and how great 4k videos play on it. Sound is not so great but have it paired to a subwoofer sound bar so it's no problem. Overall a great TV and loved the discounted price. Remote is now solar! No worries about dead batteries anymore.

Let's start by saying what's not to like... nothing! The picture quality is amazing. The setup was simple. The hardest part was lifting the set onto our entertainment built in! It is a beast! We love the sound, the awesome solar and micro "C" rechargeable termite control. If that wasn't enough you can also control the TV by the Smart things app on your cell phone. Perfect for streaming! Very easy to download apps and there is no lag using a wireless network.

The TV (85-inch Samsung) is great and the service Geek Squad provided exceeded our expectations. I thought that we could have handled it, but when I saw how big the TV was, I'm glad we had the delivery and set-up with Geek Squad. They were very patience in setting up the TV. Going to add a sound bar to enhance the experience.
