Microsoft - Xbox LIVE 4,000 Points (Downloadable Content)

I think it's good in the digital world we live in to be able to do this. That said it absolutely needs improvement, before more people are gonna really like it. I would say if you really want microsoft points and can't or don't want to go to a store, then you can get them this way however, the speeds at which it says you can receive the emails is more wishful thinking for now. Sometimes it can be that quick or quicker but don't count on it and you won't be upset or frustrated.

Never again will I get Microsoft points on bby.com. It say approximately 15 minutes to get your code in the email. It took 15.5 hours to be emailed to me I could have just drove to the nearest bby and bought them if that was the case

I should have read the other reviews. I could have just went to the store and got one, but now I'm sitting here over 2 hours later, the stores are all closed, and there is still no code to play the game I was hoping to play tonight. I'm sure the code will work fine when/if I get it, but I would recommend looking into other alternatives if you want the code instantly.

I'm guessing that best buy listened to the issues the other reviewers were having because I have now bought this twice and have gotten the code in under ten minutes. Easy to do and I can cash in some of the store credit I had laying around for xbl points

I've had trouble with getting these in the past. Either the order wouldn't go through or the waiting time would be ridiculous. They've seemed to have worked these issues out now and have the code delivered in 15 minutes or less consistently. This only gets four stars because there are other sites out there that will provide the code instantly after purchase.

I have always received my codes within an hour, although it does seem to vary wildly. Also I have had this happen several times where the website says the codes are "sold out online". how the heck is that possible? they are virtual products. WTF?

This was very easy and quick. I did not have to go anywhere and I could just sit home. It took about 5 min. to get the code.

"Generally up to 15 minutes to process", my butt! I could have easily purchased these from my local Walmart down the street in that amount of time, but I thought I would save effort ordering these online. At this point, I could have also driven out of town to a Best Buy (since we don't have one in my town) and bought the points at the store. Still waiting and disappointed. :/ Now that I have read the other reviews, I find that I am not the only person who has had this experience. BB needs to admit that it might take over 15 hours to process or however long it actually takes.
