Generally a good fridge with solid capacity

Generally good design and although a bit snug, fits most bottle sizes without ripping the labels. It seems to have a large storage capacity for its footprint, although we haven't filled it yet. Nonetheless, it does require bottles to be stored in an alternating fashion with top and bottom forward, which can make it difficult to see what bottles are stored on a given shelf. The compressor is a bit loud relative to our other wine fridge when it kicks on, but not too distracting. Also, the LED temperature display is a bit bright, if you were to have in a room that you would like to be dark. My major complaint is the frame of the door was dented by the handle when it arrived, which is annoying and disappointing.

    Cooler needs Clearances

I thought I was purchasing an under counter New Air Wine Cooler and when it arrived realized it needed more clearances and this model was not under counter. Not sure how I messed up but New Air does make an under counter model that is available at BB. However, I did not purchase this because I thought the hardware looked very out of style from about 20 years ago. Too bad as it seemed to be a good buy but I could not get past hardware. Went with the BB brand instead.

    50 WON'T FIT, Torn Labels!

First let me start by saying I give it one star out of pure frustration. It is obvious that this company is terrible and cares nothing for its quality or customer service. When I unpacked it, it was scratched, but since it took weeks to arrive, and it was going into a counter, i did not fuss with a return. I set it and plugged it in, and was excited! I wanted to turn the light on and adjust temps, and while I am pretty smart, I couldn't figure out how to change it. The instructions are VERY unclear and CSR number just hangs up on you. I figured it out,(hold both temp btns at same time) after some trial and error. OK, now the one star reason! If you love and have good wines, they will not fit in the frig. The wire racks tore the labels of $3-400 bottles of wine! If you have skinny grocery store bottles, it will be fine, But why would you buy a good frig for those? If you like Pinot or high end bottles in thicker glass, like Bordeaux style, the racks get so tight its impossible to fit the 50 bottles they claim. On my last two racks only 3 bottle would fit, and on about 4 of the racks, it was tight it tore all my labels while putting them in. You need to leave more space or take down your wine count to something realistic! To make it worse, when you put them in they tear, and when you try to pull them out, they tear again! i fit about 38 bottles in here...MAX. And you need you need answer your phone or at least have an answering machine!
