For the cost you cant go wrong when you need immediate phone useage and find you are low battery wise! Slips into your pocket or purse easily. Never be caught with a dead cell phone again... this is only for immediate need and it does not fully charge the battery completely, but gives you enough battery life to do what you need to do until you are able to charge your cell phone back up completely.

Great rechargable battery

Charges my phone up to about 75% in 30 minutes and I can use the phone while it is charging. The second time I used it was about three weeks later and was happy to see it held its full charge. Small enough to carry in your purse.

I find the color is great - easy to find in a dark purse and I can charge any mac portable device. It is pretty easy to know when the charger needs charged - overall, very happy with this purchase.

Bought two more for recent trip. Very lightweight and will charge phone quickly...just do not expect a full charge in an hour. However it will get you to fifty per cent or better in an hour. Can use this to charge one phone and still use your phone for texts and calls but would recommend having a longer cord than the packaged one it comes with if you really need to use phone while charging...Other than that, it is a great emergency charger and it recharges itself quickly when connected to a wall charger. My only reason for four instead of five stars is the length of cord that comes in the package.

It charged up fairly quickly and I was able to operate a smartphone and a camera while touristing. It also kept me out of corners trying to recharge during conference lectures - it fit nicely into my carry bag.The little lights let me know wh3en it was time to re-charge the battery.

Q: QuestionPlease explain what the button is for.Also please tell me what the three lights showing blue mean. I thought my power pack was charged and plugged it into my phone but it didn't seem to be charging the phone. Thinking the power pack was dead I plugged it into my computer and I am seeing three blue lights. Does that mean the power pack is full or needs charging?

- A:Answer take out your battery. On the battery it has a set of numbers look for MAH. The number before that should read something like 3000mAh. So if yours has 3000 you would divide that number by the number on your power pack external battery device for example if it says 3000 and you have 6000 mAh charging device then you can get 2 full charges off that device before you have to charge the power pack device

- A:Answer Yup, same here. I should have read the warning signs. You're SOL: Can't return to BB, PNY will fix/replace but you'll have to pay for shipping, which costs about the same as the product. Well, at least, just like me, you got an over-priced micro USB cable. Good Luck!

- A:Answer Yes, it does work with the iPhone 6. The only thing else you need is the lightning cable that came with your iPhone 6. It will charge the iPhone 6 4--5 times and tells you how much charge is left in percentage. Love it.
