“Hi! Not realizing his refurbished computer was purchased through Best Buy and covered by Best Buy, my husband took it to our local (excellent) repair shop. They opened it and looked but did not DO anything at all. Now BBuy is saying it's not covered.”

My product was purchased directly from Best Buy and they have the audacity to sell you protection plans for your device and REFUSE to make sure your device is a working one!! It is unfortunate but definitely a lesson! I won’t purchase anything from them again!
