• No, this is not mountable, but very portable, easy carry handle on top. Has a great base wherever you pput it, is very stable, but not mountable.

• No. There are not any mounting holes. And even if you could come up with some way to mount it the tilt angle adjustment is too limited - the fan would point mostly down.

• You could put it on a study shelf but there are no holes on the bottom that I saw. It does tilt so if you do mount it you have a lot of angles and options.
