• You can manually tilt it. Tilts up about 20 degrees and down about 5 degrees. There's a knob to loosen to tilt and tighten back when you have the angle you want.

• Yes it does tilt but only a slightly. That would be my only complaint that it does not tilt more. But it really is a great fan.
