• I would check the help page on the fitbit site. If you are not able to find anything there I would call them or take it back to the store they are pretty good at solving problems.

• If you bought the gurantee replacement take it back. They will give you a new one.

• Bring it to your local Best Buy and let them know what going on. They replaced mine, no questions asked and I walked out of the store with a new one that day.
