• Actually Best Buy keeps this is their files though I have always kept a record for my files, just in case. I don't remember seeing any plan details but have used it when I had a watch no longer performing properly. I took the watch in for repair and they let me know that I could use the plan and get a new watch due to the problem and this policy. It was so nice to get a new watch and have NO hassle!

• If you got the two year extended warranty it’s active the moment you pay for it. If something we’re to happen to the watch you take it in and they’ll look up the warranty by your phone number.
