You can call make an appointment or you can also just show up. I would ask if they're only going to do troubleshooting that you could possibly do yourself and if it isn't troubleshoot issue they will do an exchange and still keep your protection plan if they fix it themselves then you're utilizing that protection plan and it's within that 15 days if you have a membership it will be extended for return or exchange policy like 60 days and price matching
