I have the two year plan on my Fitbit Charge 2. The Fitbit keeps loosing its charge too quickly, so I am going to be bringing it in. Using the plan, can I use the replacement money towards purchasing an Apple 4 watch, instead of the Charge 2? null

I do not know if you can switch brands, but you can definitely upgrade to a different Fitbit. As of Sept. 2018 this warranty is no longer available, so lucky you have it on this one!

Yes, you can. what they will do is give you a gift card for the price paid o the original transaction. You can use that gift card for anything in the store. if its like what happened to my printer they will make you re-purchase a new protection plan.
