“I got a samsung zip phone 3 weeks ago. Yesterday a bottle of water fell over on table where the phone was it spilled on the phone an in the place you charge it. I cleaned it asap it worked I shut it for the night. Got up and will not turn on”

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out to us about this. Generally with water damage on any electronic, it takes a little bit of time before it gets in and causes damage. It may be irreversible depending on the amount of water that actually got in. We'd be happy to take a look at this in the store and see what can be done.
