Q: QuestionI brought my Lenovo in for a battery replacement under this plan and was told I have to purchase the battery myself and bring it in to Best Buy, because they do not provide the actual replacement battery, only the installation service. Is this correct?

• A:Answer If the battery needed replacement before the 2 year protection plan was expired, I might question that because that should not happen and it may defective. As far as replacing the battery, you should be able to do that yourself, as it's a simple process.
