• No, you can not it is only allowed if you bought it from best buy sorry

• BestBuy offers a warranty but if you did not purchase it there then you are out of luck. Oculus offers a warranty but it only covers SOME defects. I would recommend calling their customer support to see if your situation can be resolved.
