• Yes if it is within the year of original warranty. Just take it in to Geek Squad and they will be more than happy to help you. But remember to take the whole system, not just the controller. They will look up warranty by the phone number or email used when warranty purchase was made. Good luck and you'll be enjoying your new product in no time at all. Geek Squad is awesome, our family has never been disappointed.
