• DID YOU PURCHASE THE WARRANTY?? IF SO , AND IT'S STILL VALID NOT EXPIRED TAKE IT TO BEST BUY WITH YOUR RECEIPT THEY WILL REPLACE IT NOT REPAIR IT ONLY IF IT'S STILL COVERED THOUGH.. CAREFUL WITH THAT CHARDING THING.. They are delicate, computerized components and should be handled with care... those darned "Charging things".... lol.. good luck

• I bought the warranty and took it back after 1 year due to broken joy stick remote- they replaced the entire thing with a new system- so hopefully you got the warranty
