• NOTHING. ... restart your internet modem, or restart your oculus headset... that worked for me... that is not considered or doesnt warrant a replacement. BEST BUY DOES NOT REPAIR ANY METAQUEST DEVICE. they replace them if you purchase the warranty... good luck sweetie

• With geek squad they will fix it for free but it could cost up to 50 or 60 for new repairs.
