Yes you can return it but you can’t just return the controller you’re gonna have to bring the headset and the other controller to be able to return it I believe. Just go to the closest Best Buy and go to customer service and get it returned and replaced and that should be it, so you’ll be getting a new headset too, and depending on how much you payed for the quest you can get it replaced with the quest 2 as long as you bought it for more or the same amount as the quest
