Actually Best Buy keeps this is their files though I have always kept a record for my files, just in case. I don't remember seeing any plan details but have used it when I had a watch no longer performing properly. I took the watch in for repair and they let me know that I could use the plan and get a new watch due to the problem and this policy. It was so nice to get a new watch and have NO hassle!
