No. The plan covers accidental damage or damage in general. It's not an extended return policy.

Check your receipt for return information but usually you can return it on protection plan.

You can probably either exchange it for something else or store credit. If it’s past the return date then you won’t get cash back. I just returned a headset, they didn’t have one in store to replace it so they offered to order it or store credit since it was past the return date.
