Hello I purchased this accidental replacement how do i replace my keyboard, one of the keys popped off? null

Just press the key back on. THey are supposed to pop off if necessary. THis will be a lot easier than harassing with a replacement. Likelihood is 90%+ that it will snap back in place and be fine.

contact either Geek Squad or Best Buy and let them know about the defective keyboard. it must be a manufactures error, but the sooner you contact them the better.

Take it to the store with a copy of your receipt and plan. Get a new one. No hassle. Very easy.
