• Yes. It covers wear and tear. My keyboard was missing/damaged keys and the matte color was fading. I got a replacement (gift card of equal value.)

• Yes you can. The warranty should cover that also.

• If it's wireless, I'd check the batteries. I believe it needs to be inoperative, but you could call the store.
