You can go to any best buy, as long as it is a geek squad product replacement, and get a new one or store credit for something similar

Take it in store and have receipt ready you can get a new one just the same or get a new version just like it. Or if you like you can call before hand but it’s best to go in store with product and receipt on hand.

This question was pushed to me to be answered. I am a customer who also purchased this 2-year replacement. I don't think you should report your replacement here. I think you should go to your bestbuy with your keyboard, or call them.
