• If you bring them in within the warranty, you should be able to make the exchange. If you wish to get a product that costs more than the one you're bringing in, you can simply pay the difference, and that will be accepted, they'll honor the credit of what you paid on the original product.

• If it’s the geek squad protection plan yes if you don’t want same item just tell them and they can give you a gift card for new item you would have to pay difference and put new plan on new item
