• I actually asked this question and the only way that they will give you a different color is if they don't have the one that you are replacing

• No. I returned regular controller and they let me upgrade to Elite 2 controller. Just had to pay the difference.

• Thats not really a question no the color can be different the controlllers have serial numbers

• Yes. They will not budge on this point. If they don't have the same color they will order it if they can get it, if not they will refund your money. They absolutely will not give you a different color even if it's in stock.
