“HP deskjet 3631 bought 8/2019. I have barely used it. I ordered a new black ink cartridge HP brand, no knockoff. When inserted, I get low ink light. Have been through shutdown, unplugged. to no avail. HP virtual chat was no help.”

sometimes for a true reboot you have to unplug everything and remove all the batteries and anything else you can remove, leave it like this for several minutes, put it all back, and try again. also might be a chance they sent you the wrong cartridge
