I dont have that particular printer, but have had many different ones. They are all pretty much the same. Id go maintenance and do a cleaning. Sorry nobody responded, you probably figured it out by now. Maybe it will help someone with the same question.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't own that product, but usually when lines appear in text it indicates the print head needs cleaning. You should be able to print a test page to see if the printed lines are solid or have gaps. If gaps are found, use the print head cleaning function in the printer's menu.
