“Hello my Name is Amanda Villaizan and i have a problem with my scooter Segway Ninebot ES2. It doesn’t charge, it only has 52% battery and when I try to use it, it doesn’t go higher than 2. Please I would like to know what can I do to fix this ? Thank you”

It seems the battery needs to be replaced for a new one. After a while batteries get worn out.

Happened to my sons scooter also it wouldn’t hold a charge luckily I had purchased a protection plan and took it in to Best Buy and they sent him a new one.

If you have insurance on it talk to the greek squad. If don’t have insurance, you should talk to manufacturer. They should have some sort of service for you.

You could not be plugging it in all the way, or the cable could be bad I have read about them being bad from box. Or the box that connect to the charger might not be wired right. How long has it been sense you bought it .
