My HP Office Jet 3830 (all in one) will not print any color ink; I check the HP Smart tool and the printer ink is within acceptable level....I tried cleaning heads through the tool but no luck.....What is the issue? null

Check your setting on your computer when you select file-print, or ctrl+p there will be an option for black and white, make sure that is NOT checked. If that is not the solution, see if you can replace your heads. This is often a viable solution with Hp printers. If that is not an option, hopefully you got the 4-year protection from Best Buy. I always get that for my printers, as printers are always breaking. Hope this helps.
