No. Has to be exact same product, the warranty doesn’t work for any new product. Has to be same exact product. Make sure they know you have a warranty on your product because I had one and was told I still had to pay for something when I didn’t so I decided to get something with more to it and better and you lose all labor associated with the first product and have to pay for custom labor if needed. “Installation included” is because you are already paying for it in your product prices “bundle” and when you use the warranty you’ll only get refunded for the hardware. Look at your receipt. It’s there. They mislead you with their wording.
