“If you get a replacement does that mean the warranty is done or does it last the whole 2 years?”

• You can renew it when U get a replacement ..just let them know u would like to repurchase warranty

• You have to buy the warranty again. So if you buy a controller and the 2 year warranty, then It breaks in that time period, you have to buy that 2 year warranty again when you return it for a new one

• If you get a replacement then the warranty is done. It ends when you use it or in 2 years if you don't use it. You'll have to get a new plan with the new device if you still want to have it.

• Hi Jeff. Thanks for reaching out with this question. With the Product Replacement Protection, once the item is returned/exchanged, that plan is now considered fulfilled and used up. The plan would have to be purchased on the new product following the exchange due to that. I hope this helps!
