• To answer your question on plan coverage overlapping No there is no plan overlapping The 1 year manufacturers warranty is usually on defective product or if the actual product fails Best Buy gives you immediate replacement & covers accidental damage so it’s covering a lot more everyday mishaps

• The insurance plan starts immediately . However, once you use it for a return, it ends and you have to purchase another warranty for the new headset. I wasn't aware of this until I had to do a return for my grandson. This is very misleading because I thought it went for 2 years. Wrong.
