You can renew it when U get a replacement ..just let them know u would like to repurchase warranty

You have to buy the warranty again. So if you buy a controller and the 2 year warranty, then It breaks in that time period, you have to buy that 2 year warranty again when you return it for a new one

If you get a replacement then the warranty is done. It ends when you use it or in 2 years if you don't use it. You'll have to get a new plan with the new device if you still want to have it.

Hi Jeff. Thanks for reaching out with this question. With the Product Replacement Protection, once the item is returned/exchanged, that plan is now considered fulfilled and used up. The plan would have to be purchased on the new product following the exchange due to that. I hope this helps!
