I bought a 6000 btu Ac with a 4 year plan, if something goes wrong cause its less than 10,000 btu would i have to bring it to a store. if I had best buy install the Ac would they come out if anything goes wrong with the AC? null

I bought an Insignia 6000 BTU unit barely 2 weeks ago. It didn’t even last that long if you have one return it immediately before it breaks Best Buy is not gonna make it right with you and I have the warranty as well and it’s limited with Parts and you will have to pay them $100-$150 at least according to the Slidell Louisiana store last night told me for them to just come to your house in general that’s not including what it’s gonna cost to fix anything. Hope I’m not too late just seeing this. Hope it helps. Do not buy this unit. Anyone trust me don’t do it. I’m very disappointed with Best Buy right now.

You have to call the manufacturer and they’ll handle it because you have the warranty they’ll fix it for free too no cost
