Please try again later.We purchased the pertection plan on a floor model and they only offered to replace the tv with a lesser quality tv and would only offer sale price on that product because they are only going by the floor model price we got it at. Offered me a 60hrz refresh mode tv when the 1 i purchased has 120hrz refresh mode. I thought they were supposed to replace with same quality? They offered us a tv that is on sale for $899.99 and we paid $1000 + tax for warranted tv. So, now we have store credit to put towards a tv that is same quality as our original tv.
