Call Best Buy tell them you purchased the TV you have a warranty and they will walk you through it in less than three minutes of what to do within less than 24 hours you’ll have a brand new item of whatever you’re having an issue with covered under warranty delivered, set up and explained how to use very simple process. I was astonished at how fast and easy it was.
