“i am having an issue with the microwave i bought, and have the protection plan for. it shuts down when trying to use things such as the "potato" button. what do i need to do to resolve this issue?”

• So Like my microwave, mine won't even start. I'm taking It back to Best Buy, as I have 2 Year's warranty for it. I really relie on it for my meal's, as being A shut-in, being a handicapped Person. It Broke in 11 months.

• Return it you have insurance they will give you a new one
