- Answer More likely no, but you can ask away and hope for the best. they can cover things like ghost lines, green screen use to a magnet next to the tv. something similar in that area. I hope you can get it to fix!

QuestionThe TV only allows me to change the channel by going to the guide each time. My dad is 86 and he needs to be able to just change the channel using the keypad or the up and down arrows. I need help. This was a Christmas gift for him and he cant use it!

- Answer Unfortunately most likely a no. But you can put it into a bowl of rice for a few days (rice absorbs water), and then hope it can restore your watch into working condition

- Answer I'd definitely recommend getting the Geek Squad Protection Plan. It's so worth it. Especially since Samsung TV's aren't cheap. I'm think you have up to 14 days after you buy your TV to go back & purchase the Geek Squad Protection Plan.
