Please try again later.some units can be exchanged, others have to be shipped out for service, and others are too big to ship out and need an agent to be called out to the home to repair the unit, depends on the item, for microwaves its generally an exchange in store, for TVs, if its small enough, you'd have it shipped, if its too big, you'd have them come out, for recievers and sound bars its generally shipped out.
