They lied to us all. I spent 4 days going back and forth on the phone and emails trying to get the code that was supposed to come with my purchase back in May. The lied and screwed us all over. I reported it to the BBB I would do the same if I was you to ensure they never do this to anyone again. I have all my original emails saying I would receive the code when the game launched and that they were working with the publisher trying to get the code. They even said that the day before the game came out then when the game came out they told me the promotion was expired. False advertising. Jabaited us.
