Is this hardwired or wall plug in? null

This is only the panel kit for the door. It includes the door panel and the handle. It is compatible with the Dacor Dishwasher Model DDW24G9000AP which comes with a power plug.

This is a panel kit only. No power.

Dishwasher is plug in. Panel kit is just for front panel skin and not entire Dishwasher.
