Hello there - thank you for checking in with us on this. Unfortunately, this trim kit will not work with the microwave you mentioned (JES1145SHSS). That model does not have built-in capabilities, as it is a countertop model and it does not have a compatible trim kit. It also has specific air clearances necessary for it to operate properly and those are: 3 inches on each side, 3 inches on the top, and 1 inch in the rear.
